Happy Birthday Allison!

I can't believe Allison is 4 already.  It seems like this was just yesterday.

But now she's 4.

Where does the time go?  It seems like yesterday she was learning to walk, learning to talk, learning to do everything.  Now she's making up stories (sometimes EXTREMELY involves ones) and talking to her imaginary friends (mostly Madison and David).  She is a very sweet girl.  Everything has to have a family and she has to mother them all.  She loves to dress up like a princess.  Lately, she has become an incredible big sister.  Almost always sharing and conceding turns.  She seems to understand that Jordan is just 2 and only wants what Allison is playing with because Allison is playing with it.  As soon as she gives it to Jordan, Jordan usually tires of it and Allison can have it back.  She's SMART.  Some of the connections she comes up with just amaze us.  For instance, "Look mom, the Beast turned back into the Prince.  Now they can call it 'Beauty and the Prince'".  Priceless logic.  :)  She will sneak out of bed, stand at the top of the stairs and say, "Mommy, Daddy, I love you SOO much" just so she doesn't have to go to bed.  She has her moments where she is 4 going on 14, but overall, she is such a blessing and I am so happy to be able to stay at home with her.
