Thanksgiving was, as always, in San Antonio. My Aunt Barbara, Uncle Randy and my cousins Emily and Anna were in town again this year. The girls LOVE LOVE LOVE their cousins.
We went to Bass Pro to see Santa (again, as always!). I LOVE how the Bass Pro Santa LOOKS like Santa (red suit and all!). Our mall Santa wears pajamas. (Well, they look like pajamas).
The girls LOVE going to Bass Pro with Papa.
Allison said she wanted a Rapunzel dress and a Zhu Zhu hamster (black and gray named Rocky). Jordan told Santa she wanted a Zhu Zhu hamster (pink named Jilly) and a candy cane. Santa looked at them both and said, "That's all!?" When they were done taking their picture, Santa handed them each a candy cane. Then Jordan burst into tears. "My hamster!! Where is my hamster!?" (She doesn't get the whole "Santa will bring you presents on Christmas day" thing yet).
They LOVE the stuffed animals.
Including the fish and alligator that are as big as Jordan.
They had so much fun playing with Anna and Emily!
We also checked out Sea World. Allison was THRILLED that all the characters were dressed up for the holidays!

The girls had a blast at Sea World. Allison and Jordan were happy to get to see the Sesame Street characters Christmas show again. They also got to feed the dolphins. Plus we saw the seals/sea lions, penguins and fish. The best part of the day? Jordan - begging to go on the roller coaster. Not the kiddie coaster. The adult, super fast, has a mega drop Screamin' Eel. The bottom of the drop is very close to a walkway and we stayed there through 4 or 5 drops because she'd just laugh and scream everytime one came down. She can't WAIT to be taller!
Thanksgiving Day was fun. Dad and I headed to Lackland to pick up the basic trainees for Operation Home Cooking. This was probably our fastest year getting on base, getting the trainees and headed home. Then we wandered around downtown, showing them some fun places to take their family when they graduated the next week.
Barb, Randy and the girls came over. Mary and Mike were there too. And Susie. And John, Denise and Sean. And Joe (mom and dad's neighbor). And us. And our dogs. (I think that's everyone). It was FUN!
Jordan and Allison were introduced to the Nintendo DS. Emily and Anna were sweet enough to let the girls play with theirs.
Yes, that's my 2 year old playing video games. Wow.
The girls had a great day. They loved playing with Anna and Emily and Uncle Mike. Jordan had this duck whistle that she kept making Mike blow. Then she's laugh hysterically. It went on for probably 30 minutes. She's such a clown!
They also got their early Christmas presents from Mike and Mary. So all 4 girls then spent the rest of the day playing with Toy Story 3 toys and Tinker Bell and the other Fairies. It was really cute to watch them all play together. It didn't matter that they were 2, 4, 6, and 10, they played SO well!
The day after Thanksgiving, we took the girls bowling for the first time.

Jordan had a routine. She would bowl.

And crawl.
They did pretty good!
And look, they beat Brandon!
We wanted to bowl again, so I bribed the girls. Popcorn and lemonade. Works every time!
Brandon redeemed himself a little the second game.
