Please help if you can!

My friend Celia's 1-month old niece needs a liver transplant to survive (tyrosinemia). She was born prematurely in Mexico. Texas Children's Hospital needs a $500K deposit before they can help her. Her family can use help of any form - monetary donations, numbers of agencies or news people to contact, etc.
