Jordan had her 2 month appointment today. I managed to pull it together and not cry (but I did tear up) while she got her shots. She was in such a good mood (even the doctor noticed!) that we hated to get shots done...but she needs them!
Here are her statistics:
Weight - 12 lbs, 5 oz (84 %ile)
Length - 23.5 inches (80 %ile)
Head Circumference - 15.039 inches (33 %ile)
She's almost 2 lbs bigger than Allison was at 2 months. (Allison didn't get chubby and off the charts until 3 months!). But Allison was eating A LOT more at this point. We had to start putting cereal in her bottle because she was not being satisfied by 8 oz bottles. Jordan is nowhere near that right now. The doctor said she looks healthy and everything is great! (And Allison threw a temper tantrum while we were there and the doctor said we handled it perfectly....it's always nice to be praised by your pediatrician on your parenting skills!)
Our next appointment for Jordan is in September. Allison's is next month (when she turns 2!!!)
