9 Months - Jordan

Well, Jordan is 9 months (on Valentine's Day). This morning was her well-baby exam. Here are her stats:

height - 29.5 inches (95%ile, .5in behind Allison)

weight - 24 lbs, 10.5 oz (99%ile, 6 oz ahead of Allison)

head circum - 17.4 in (50%ile, right about where Allison was)

We're shocked that she weighs more than Allison did. She does not eat as much but then again, she's standing on her legs and Allison wasn't. Maybe Jordan's is all muscle!

Both girls had a bit of a head/chest cold over this weekend, but the doctor says they sound fine. Jordan MIGHT be getting another ear infection but it could just be irritation from all the fluid in her head. We're supposed to call if she's running a fever again.

Jordan is such a big girl!! She LOVES to clap and play patty cake. She plays peek-a-boo with you with her burp rag. She waves hi and bye. And she LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to dance. She wants whatever big sister is playing with and will do her army crawl to get across the room to get it. She has 4 teeth but is working on numbers 5 and 6. She is SO incredibly happy!!!

We got her 9 month pictures done on Monday. Maggie and her mommy went with us to help keep Allison company. The girls had a blast! Jordan was still getting over her cold but was a good sport. She's always happy! The photographer kept grinning and laughing at how happy Jordan was.
