More Potty News

Sorry to our friends without kids...but this is as exciting as our life gets!


We had a SUPER busy day today. We had Little Gym this morning (pictures to follow of Allison's new leotard!) and then 2 birthday parties. The first one was next door and was for a 5 year old but Allison hung in there with the big kids. :) We did butterfly crafts and got butterfly seeds and even did a pinata! Then we went into Houston for Brooke's party. Brooke is the daughter of our realtor who is also a friend of a friend. Did everyone follow that? Anyway, we really hit it off with her last year and since the girls are close in age, we've kept in touch. Her party was at Pump It Up and Allison had a BLAST. It's an indoor playplace full of inflatable jumpy things. And Brooke really liked our present (a Cinderella dress up set). We figured Allison would be exhausted after all of that, but she wasn't so we called Wade. We haven't visited with them since his surgery, so since we were close, we thought it'd be perfect. Turns out that Wade was out with a couple other Kappa Sigs so we met them at Texadelphia to watch some football. Allison made it though that too!! She FINALLY fell asleep in the car on the way home.

Okay, now to the title of this post....we had to wake her at 545 and her diaper was still dry. So Brandon took her into the bathroom and sat her on the potty. Yay!!! She went peepee! That means she got some stamps (which she was SUPER happy about!). I'm am petrified of starting real potty training!! Especially since I'm going to start watching one of Allison's friends twice a week while her mommy works. But I think they've kind of already started the whole potty-training thing, so maybe that will make it easier....
